About Me

I have been a teacher at Onahan School for 16 years, following my earlier teaching experience in Logan Square at Avondale School. I earned my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Northern Illinois University and my master’s degree in Reading from Northeastern Illinois University, along with an ESL endorsement and Reading Recovery certification from National Louis University.

A lifelong resident of Norwood Park, I live here with my husband, Jim, and our sons, Aidan and Evan. I feel truly blessed to be part of this wonderful community and to work with the families and students at Onahan School. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, attending sports events, and spending time with my family.
