In an effort to provide Onahan families opportunities to purchase gym uniforms and Spirit Wear more often, we are trying an online store. Orders are due by Feb. 26 and will take approximately one month to receive from the close of the store. All orders will be delivered to Onahan and distributed to students. Website to order is www.janorsports.net, Password: onahan2016. For product related questions please contact Janor Sports-Ryan Olen, 630-355-8877, email@example.com
Scrip orders need to be in the office this Thur, Feb, 11th. The next order will be February 25th. Please try and use Scrip for your daily purchases. New Retailer Available - Nordstrom. For the month of January Scrip raised $101.80 for the PTO. 96% of these sales used PrestoPay! If you set up PrestoPay today (a secure link to your bank account), it will take 2-3 days for Scrip to make two small deposits into your bank account. Then log into Scrip and enter these amounts to your PrestoPay registration. You will then receive an email from Scrip advising your approval code. Send me your approval code and I will activate your PrestoPay account. You will be able to reload your physical cards (depending on what the retailer authorizes), print and/or email Scrip Now e-cards to friends and family in time for Valentines Day, Sun, Feb. 14th. Shannon Tierney, a representative of the Taft Academic Center national junior honor society is hosting a book drive partnered with Bernie’s Book Bank. Our goal is to donate 3,000 children's books to less fortunate students in Chicago, in order to promote literacy & education. Donations can be dropped off in the collection box outside the Onahan school office by 2/12. Thank you for supporting this cause!
Natoma and Palatine intersection will be closed for repairs to the Main for at least a month. Natoma will only be open in reverse from Raven for residents of Natoma and staff to use the parking lot. Please do not attempt to use Natoma to drop your students. Until further notice, please drop your student at the front door and they may proceed to the appropriate area until dismissed to their classroom. Students will still be dismissed from the same doors in the afternoon. We ask that parents not block walkways, streets or neighbors driveways. Please respect the crossing guards and aides as they attempt to make sure everyone is safe. We appreciate your help in making this transition smooth and making sure all our students are safe.
